    The second Spike Lee tribute shoe by Air Jordan, the Son of Mars, arrived on April 7 at your favorite Air Jordan retailer in a White/Club Purple/Cool Grey colorway. These sneakers offer a nice blend of the best from previous Jordan releases with the addition of an icy outsole, an elephant print leather panels on the heel and toe, and purple, black, and grey accents throughout the entire silhouette.

    April is here, which means that 4/20 is just around the corner. Curren$y and Diamond Supply Co. are dedicating a sneaker to the day of smokin’ up and getting high with the ‘Brilliant’ sneaker. The shoe has a canvas upper with some leather detailing and of course, there are images of the marijuana leaf splattered everywhere along with diamonds. These will be available in high-top and low-top styles in a variety of colors on April 20.

    To celebrate its 30 year anniversary, 30 limited edition commemorative packs each containing a pair of Converse shoes and UNC jersey were commissioned. Each numbered pack includes a pair of shoes and a jersey, both personally autographed by Michael Jordan. The pack will never be sold at retail. The Converse shoes are in Michael Jordan’s size, 13. A certificate of authenticity will be included.

    All proceeds benefit the James R. Jordan Foundation. The James R. Jordan Foundation exists to strengthen families, motivate youth, ensure high quality educational opportunities and improve global healthcare.

    Nike is front and center as we see the return of a collaborative Supreme Dunk Low Pro SB model, marking the 10 year anniversary of the original Supreme Low Pro SB release. The cement print that was featured prior returns, complemented by a bright red leather upper and black swoosh. It is unknown if a second colorway will also be available. Set for a release in June, the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low Pro has been given a Japanese retail price of ¥13,650 JPY (approximately $166 USD). An official US and UK price has yet to be announced.

    Nike drops a couple of 80’s basketball classics with these Air Flight 89’s fresh for this Spring/Summer 2012 season. There’s nothing flashy here, just two predominantly white sneakers available with 2 different accenting colors in a soar blue and varsity red. These have certainly sparked some playground nostalgia and might need to be scooped up for old time’s sake. You can pick these up at Long Beach’s Proper.

    We get the first detailed look today of the Nike Air Yeezy 2Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum sneaker, apparently the first colorway to release. The new Kanye West designed sneaker comes with lots of details, including an Egyptian inspired design on the strap, different premium leathers on the upper, a glow in the dark outer sole, an interesting heel construction and a lot more.

    The Egyptian theme is found through out the sneaker, which now has a special bird logo sitting on the tongue, the very same one that can be found on the dust bag that will come with the sneaker.

    Previous rumors are now confirmed, that the here above Zen Grey colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 will official drop at premium retailers on April 13th, 2012.
