In commemoration of G-Shock’s 30th anniversary, four limited edition classic re-vamped style watches were released. The 30th Anniversary collection highlights some of the most popular G-Shock styles, the classic 5600 mens watch, and prominent 6900 mens watch, mud-resistant G9300 MUDMAN, the iconic FROGMAN. Their rich gloss red or matte red finishes with golden mirrored LCD’s and gold IP metal accents are the perfect complimentary pallet for these commemorative timepieces. Each watch has the G-SHOCK 30th anniversary logo, designed by renowned graffiti artist Eric Haze, engraved on the case back. Quantities are extremely limited.

G-Shock X Maharishi

G-Shock and UK based street wear label, Maharishi, unveiled their first collaboration: A limited edition chronograph, inspired by the dazzle pattern used on Navy battleships to confuse German torpedo operators during World War I. The GA110HM-7A graphic black and white “Bamdazzle” patterned watch, seamlessly combines maharishi’s progressive designs with G-Shock’s rugged and tough technology. This prized watch comes in a custom “Bamdazzle” case and box, a collectors dream, and has the speculations and features G-Shock is known for.

Casio G-Shock GDF-100BB-1JF “Solid Black”

Casio G-Shock unleashes its latest heavyweight diving watch with the introduction of the GDF-100BB-1JF “Solid Black.” The timepiece arrives in a print-less face as debossing serves to delineate the “G-SHOCK” and “SHOCK RESISTANT” moniker as well as the other function branding. Aside from the customary G-Shock functions of shock resistance, water proofing, calendars, alarms and time zone support, the GDF-100BB-1JF boasts a solitary all-black-everything aesthetic, white backlighting and blue indigo. Rakuten now has stock for a retail of ¥13,524 JPY (approximately $170 USD).

Encapsulated in a resin case with a four point bezel protection design with exposed metal screws, each watch in the series has a unique case shape making them similar but different; each style defined by the wearer’s preference of square, round or oval. The Solar Military Green collection of men’s watches will be available in April for $120 USD at Bloomingdale’s, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, Tourneau and discerning jewelers as well as gshock.com.

Next to collaborate with Casio for a G-Shock watch is the iconic street brand, The Hundreds. The result is a simple black and white GW-5610 with subtle The Hundreds branding on the wrist strap.
The monotone watch keeps the original GW-5610 bezel, only implementing The Hundreds branding and ‘New York’ around the wrist strap that is black on one side and white on the other ala ying-yang. There is not yet word on when The Hundreds x Casio watch will be released.
